Adobe Systems
Adobe supports CinemaDNG in Premiere. After Effects, Bridge and Camera RAW, Photoshop and Lightroom supports the DNG format. In Premiere and After Effects it is possible to export to QuickTime ProRes, DPX etc. Adobe software runs on macOS and Windows.

Assimilate
Assimilate makes a powerful grading software called Scratch which has an extensive toolset and support for resolutions up to 4K. In the latest release it supports CinemaDNG. Scratch runs on macOS and Windows.

Blackmagic Design Resolve Studio and Resolve is a powerful editing and color grading software that supports CinemaDNG. DaVinci DaVinci Resolve Studio software runs on Mac OSX, Windows and Linux. Resolve runs on macOS and Windows and is free.
